Compact A-Series Enclosures
Our camera enclosures are specially designed for all FLIR Ax5 cameras (FLIR A5, A15, A35 a A65) and manufactured for simplicity and durability. It offers effective protection against basic environmental contaminants like dust and and extremes such as harsh water jets.
The housing system is milled from lightweight metal materials and is divided into three independent parts - allowing for the best fit based on the lens configuration.
- The front part covers camera lens using high transmittance infrared glasses with sealing rings. End user can select from 3 types of IR glasses – Coated Germanium, ZnSe or BaF2 glass. All glasses are easily interchangeable.
- The central part protects the camera body and includes mounting holes for mechanical fixing. The central part is also optimized for maximum heat dissipation from camera electronics which maintains thermal measurement stability.
- The rear part protects camera connectors. End user can select from pre-drilled holes for cable glands or non-drilled version for user definable cable gland position.
Ruggedized Stainless Steel Enclosures
The stainless steel housing allows Viper's systems to be installed in environments with highly corrosive external agents such as marine, industrial or chemical environments. Additionally, the NTC housing can be installed on NXPTH Pan and Tilt head to obtain a complete positioning system.
Enclosures for Hazardous Locations
A hazardous location can be an industrial or commercial environment specifically designed in the National Electrical Code (NEC) in which flammable or explosive gases, liquids, or dusts may be present. These explosive agents may be present at all times, only during abnormal operations, or only when components or processes fail.
